Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds for Faults or Defects
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you are requesting a refund.
If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately we will not be able to consider a refund or exchange for any item that is not in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank, credit card or PayPal account again.
If you used PayPal then it is possible that you may have to accept
the refund in your account.
If you are awaiting a refund to your bank or credit card, try contacting them to see if the refund is pending
as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive your item.
Please note that only genuine physical defects or damage to items will be considered,
for instance clothing items not fitting correctly does not count as a defect in an item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. Postal costs are non-refundable.
If we have agreed to refund or exchange your item then you are then responsible for the returned item
reaching us in good time. You should consider using a trackable shipping service so that you can confirm that the item has been successfully
