Classic Football Training Tops

Ok, so it might follow that if a team has an iconic kit then you could half expect that the training tops will be pretty memorable as well. And that's often the case, but there are also some training tops that standalone from the kits.

Here's some of our favourite football training tops from down the years...

• Netherlands 1970s - many of the Dutch tops are pretty cool with the badge, but the 1970s version was excellent.

• Russia - very iconic with the CCCP over the chest.

• France 1982 - beautiful.
