Gerson's success on the field was not just down to his talent but also his work ethic and dedication to the sport. He was known for his fitness and conditioning, and he often trained harder than his teammates to maintain his high level of performance. Gerson was also a leader on and off the field, and his professionalism and discipline set an example for his teammates.
