Predrag Mijatovic is a former Montenegrin footballer who played as a striker. He was born on January 19, 1969, in Titograd, Yugoslavia (now Podgorica, Montenegro), and had a successful playing career that spanned over a decade.

Mijatovic began his professional career with Buducnost Podgorica in 1986, where he quickly established himself as a talented and prolific striker. He helped Buducnost Podgorica to win the Yugoslav Cup in 1990 and the Yugoslav league title in 1991. Mijatovic's performances at Buducnost Podgorica earned him a move to Spanish club Valencia in 1992, where he played for two seasons. He quickly became a fan favourite at Valencia, thanks to his exceptional skill and his ability to score goals. He helped Valencia to reach the final of the UEFA Cup in 1994, where they were defeated by Italian club Inter Milan.

In 1994, Mijatovic was signed by Spanish giants Real Madrid, where he played for three seasons. He helped Real Madrid to win the La Liga title in his first season and also reached the final of the UEFA Champions League in 1998. Mijatovic scored the winning goal in the final against Juventus, securing Real Madrid's first Champions League title in 32 years. He was also named as the man of the match for his performance in the final.

After leaving Real Madrid in 1999, Mijatovic had spells with several clubs in Europe, including Fiorentina and Levante. He retired from professional football in 2003, having played for over a decade at the highest level.

Mijatovic also represented the Yugoslav national team on 73 occasions, scoring 27 goals. He was a key player for both teams during his playing career, helping the Yugoslav national team to reach the 1998 World Cup tournament.
