We're not sure what the Italian phrase is for journeyman striker, but it could definitely have been applied to Marco Branca by the end of the 1990s. Starting out with his first professional contract with Cagliari in 1984, he would last no longer than two seasons at any club before moving on again, and by the time he was finishing his career with Monza in 2001 he'd made 13 moves, although he did return to a couple of club (Udinese and Sampdoria) over separate spells.
