That diagonal band, with the lovely chunky badge overlapping slightly.
And Teófilo Cubillas wearing it.
Just glorious.
No.2 Denmark 1986 HUMMEL
That solid panel vs the pinstripe panel shouldn't work. But it did. Beautifully. It looked brilliant.
And the team wearing it, the Danish Dynamite, wasn't half bad either.
No.3 France 1984 ADIDAS
What a kit. What a team. And the Carre Magique of Michel Platini, Alain Giresse, Jean Tigana and Luis Fernández - what a midfield.
The stripes and red band with the trefoil and classic rooster badge - c'est magnifique!
