You would think it would be hard for a shirt featuring blue, white, red and black to look classy, but then you see the Sampdoria shirt. Has there ever been anything as beautiful as the colour combination on that horizontal banding? We could pick any number of their shirts over the years, but plumped for this Asics classic from 1991-92. Thankfully, over the years the club's kit designers have followed the same philosophy as the Sampdoria crest evolution - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
